  - „Szentsimon, Szurdok-oldal, Szardóka-dűlő” – „Az Ózdról Szentsimonba vezető műút-ma Szentsimoni út- Szardóka dűlőn áthaladó legmagasabb részét Szurdoknak nevezik. A Szurdok-tető É-i irányban egy lankás dombháttal ereszkedik le a Hangony-patak melletti rétre. A dombhát alján, a rét szélén félkörben egy régi földút vezet. A dűlőút fölötti lankás domboldalon 1964-ben talajelszíneződés mutatkozott, a talált edénytöredékeket K. Végh Katalin középkori, 14. Sz-inak minősítette”*
- A Sajópüspöki melletti a valószínű, mivel „A Sajó folyó nagy kanyarjánál, egy hegyen füstöt láttak gomolyogni, amelyet megközelítettek” Szurdok vitézék.
